Strengths
What does the company do well?
b•mobile introduced the ranges of postpaid and prepaid plans to suit the varying needs of our subscribers. This has redefined the mobile telecommunications landscape in Brunei Darussalam, setting an industry benchmark for finding creative means of serving Brunei’s demands and needs

Is the company strong in its market?
Being a joint venture between Telekom Brunei Berhand (TelBru) and QAF Comserve, b•mobile has access to resources, expertise, technologies and infrastructure to thrive in the industry.
The extensive portfolio of products and services includes the basic voice, video, sms, mms as well as mobile data services. Additional services are an array of value added services through the WAP platform.

Weaknesses
What does the company do poorly?
Have to spend more money to buy a Top-Up Card  when our credit run out and don't delay our  monthly payment.
Maybe  too many user might be poor in service especially when we surfing the internet.

who is competitor to B-Mobile?
In brunei competitors only have 2 stations on-line communication such as Bru and DST communication Tel Bru.

What are the competitors doing well compare to B-Mobile?
These competitors will advertise a range of facilities to its customers as cheaper prices with the purchase
 of mobile package, won prizes for the lucky draw via SMS and through the purchase of a prima package.

What problems could be avoided?
Don't spend to much money and make a right decision to buy a smart plan
Manage our time for surfing


Opportunities
Do new markets exist for the company?
In March 2008, b•mobile made history again being the first in Brunei to commercially launch 3.5G technologies, highlighting the premium technology of Mobile Broadband. Better known as ZOOM! Broadband, the 3.5G service was introduced with packages that included FREE laptops and modems so that everyone can afford and enjoy broadband speeds Internet connection on the move. Consequently, b•mobile introduced the Zoom Lite and Zoom Unlimited plans so that customers have even more choices to customize to their needs

Can new technologies be exploited?
 By Access code gives everyone cheap and economical International calls. b•mobile customers can also be kept hip and informed with our extensive list of mobile information and entertainment contents through the b•mobile WAP portal

What are competitors doing well?
The competitors manage to upgrade they brand and is the leader in technological telecommunications innovations and discoveries

Are there changes in the business environment?
Yes, the consumer doing well by choosing the right side.

What do you find from your research and analysis?
Communications open the right way on in this era , which the lives has been much change in terms of communication. Most people have made a good job. In addition most of the communication can go through the web, mobile phones and so on. As consumers we must be wise and choose the right paths.
